NASHVILLE, Tenn. (August 22, 2025) – On Sunday, August 17, 2025, Nashville Repertory Theatre raised a toast to ten years of song, stage, and celebration with its 10th Annual Broadway Brunch at Category 10 in downtown Nashville, TN.
The afternoon event dazzled with show-stopping performances, a spirited live auction, and a feast of food, cocktails, and music — all showing why this event has become a true highlight of the city’s cultural calendar.
Hailed as “Nashville’s Best Charity Event" by the Nashville Scene for 3 years in a row, Broadway Brunch once again delivered on its reputation. Attendees enjoyed delectable cuisine, bottomless cocktails, complimentary valet service, a high-spirited live auction, and show-stopping performances by some of Nashville’s finest theatrical talent.
The afternoon’s entertainment featured the Broadway Brunch Performers - Christopher Bailey, Megan Murphy Chambers, Dustin Davis, LaDarra Jackel, Garris Wimmer, Piper Jones, David Murphy, Elle Wesley, and Jennifer Whitcomb-Oliva – presenting several selections from beloved musicals, filling the room with energy, joy, and applause.
A highlight of the event was Tony Award-nominated Broadway star Jenn Colella, who captivated the audience with “Me and the Sky” from Come From Away—the very show she starred in on Broadway, and the production Nashville Rep will proudly launch its 2025–26 season with this September.
The event not only entertained but also underscored Nashville Rep’s mission to produce exceptional musicals and plays that inspire empathy, foster dialogue, and strengthen the city’s creative community. Proceeds directly support the company’s professional stage productions, the Ingram New Works Project, staged readings, and robust educational initiatives.
