NASHVILLE, Tenn. (August 18, 2023) – The 25th Annual Concert for Cumberland Heights was held on Wednesday, August 16, 2023, at the historic Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, TN.
Charles Esten, with his rich vocals and charismatic stage presence opened the evening, captivating the audience from the start. During his set, Esten surprised the crowd by welcoming country newcomer, Julia Cole, to the stage.
Next up acclaimed singer-songwriter and Grand Ole Opry member, Chris Janson, took the spotlight, delivering a stunning performance as the headline act for the Concert for Cumberland Heights. The combination of their individual talents made the evening truly unforgettable.
This annual event, a beacon of hope and inspiration for adolescents and young adults seeking treatment, lived up to its high expectations once again. Since its launch in 1996, the Concert for Cumberland Heights has been pivotal in channeling essential program and patient scholarship assistance through the John Hiatt Fund. Generous patrons have rallied behind this cause over the years, raising over $3.5 million, creating a monumental impact on the lives of young patients and their families, guiding them on the path to recovery.
