Jeffrey Steele and Don Schlitz Added to Concert for Cumberland Heights at the Ryman
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (September 10, 2025)– Two of Nashville's most celebrated songwriters, Jeffrey Steele and Don Schlitz, have been added to the lineup for the annual Concert for Cumberland Heights, taking place at the historic Ryman Auditorium on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at 7:30 PM.
The addition of Steele and Schlitz brings even more star power to the evening, joining hosts The Warren Brothers for A Night of Stories and Songs at the Ryman. Their presence adds to the tradition of the Concert for Cumberland Heights, which showcases some of Nashville's most celebrated talent while supporting a vital cause.
As one of the most trusted nonprofit treatment organizations of its kind, Cumberland Heights is a beacon of recovery for people in our community and beyond. Its dedicated and caring staff walk alongside patients every step of their journey, providing each person with the tools and compassionate support needed to build a strong foundation for sustained recovery.
The Concert for Cumberland Heights began in 1996 to benefit the John Hiatt Fund for Adolescent and Young Adult Treatment. It is the longest running benefit concert at the Ryman Auditorium. Thanks to the generosity of donors, this event has raised more than $3.8 million over the years to help teenagers and young adults struggling with addiction receive the specialized care and support they need. Approximately 2,400 people attend the concert each year, making it a powerful tradition that unites music and mission.
