Reigning Miss Teen Volunteer America 2026 Izzy Karns to Pass Crown as 51 State Titleholders Compete for National Title
A new Miss Teen Volunteer America will be crowned Saturday at the historic Carl Perkins Civic Center in Jackson, Tennessee.
Following preliminary competitions, 51 state titleholders will take the stage for the final competition at 3:30 PM, each vying to claim the national crown and carry the title of Miss Teen Volunteer America 2027.
Reigning titleholder Izzy Karns, Miss Teen Volunteer America 2026, will pass her crown at the conclusion of the pageant. Karns, who was crowned on March 8, 2025, representing Mississippi, made history as the state’s first-ever national teen titleholder.
Throughout her reign, she served as a National Spokesperson for the organization’s partnership with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and as a National Partner with The Salvation Army. Since Wednesday, the 51 state titleholders have competed across multiple preliminary rounds — showcasing their talent, fitness and wellness, interview skills, and evening gown presentation — before Saturday’s Finals determine who will succeed her.
The young woman crowned Miss Teen Volunteer America 2027 will assume those same national partnerships, becoming a brand ambassador for both St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and The Salvation Army, in addition to receiving a $10,000 educational scholarship and other exclusive opportunities as part of her reign.
The nationwide, service-oriented scholarship competition showcases contestants’ glamour, talent, fitness, interview skills, and dedication to volunteerism and community service. This year’s field of 51 state titleholders represents the full breadth of the country, each bringing a distinguished record of community impact to Jackson.

Allison DeMarcus is a former Miss Tennessee Teen USA, Miss Tennessee America and Miss Tennessee USA and is the only woman in pageant history to represent the state of Tennessee at the Miss Teen USA, Miss America and Miss USA pageants. DeMarcus began working with Country Music Television in January 2007 when she co-hosted the Miss America Pageant with Mario Lopez and has worked as a television personality for Country Music Television for ten years.
Allison is married to Jay DeMarcus of the country music supergroup, Rascal Flatts. In 2020, Allison and Jay - along with their adorable children - warmed hearts in their own NETFLIX reality show, DeMarcus Family Rules.
